I have been working within organisations on the implementation of Human Resources programmes across regional and global mandates since 2003. I have worked with a diverse range of clients including global software and IT, European medical devices and recruitment companies.
My wealth and depth of business and Human Resources experience with a broad industry and international background enables me to advise and support organisations across all aspects of people related projects. I always seek to offer a service that minimises the implementation time, maximises the return on investment, ensures that key knowledge is retained and / or transferred to internal resources and mitigates the risks for the organisation.
I have worked with organisations as an Interim Programme or Project Manager on a range of projects. Recent assignments have included;
- restructuring business functions,
- implementing shared service frameworks,
- adapting and implementing global compensation and benefits programmes,
- implementing business aligned HR functions,
- defining HRIS requirements, and
- running a regional sales manager training programme.
