I am an international author and speaker who has spent my career working with some of the best-known organisations in the world.
I regularly speak to groups of Human Resource and management professionals about my passions – talent management, organisational alignment, HR strategy and the future role of Human Resources.

I draw on firsthand experience as a practising consultant, interim manager and former Human Resources Director with knowledge of a range of diverse industries from high tech to international banking, professional services to medical products. I have advised and supported organisations in implementing a wide range of people based projects.
