Who is Guy Ellis?

A highly experienced Human Resources leader, interim manager and consultant with a strong track record of delivering successful outcomes in blue chip companies and SMEs.    

With excellent project management, numerical and financial skills, I have delivered complex projects and programmes in multi-country, multi-business organisations in a range of sectors.  I have demonstrable experience in working with all levels of stakeholders and of effectively using my relationship, communication and coaching skills as well as my ‘can do’ attitude to deliver projects as varied as HR strategy development, divestitures and restructurings, C&B program design and deployment, and HR reengineering/efficiency improvement.

Adept at working individually or as part of a team, I have strong management and leadership skills, including supporting, coaching and motivating other people to achieve personal and team objectives.  I am a skilled presenter and facilitator, I regularly run public workshops on master-class HR and Compliance topics, I’ve published numerous blogs, articles, chapters and books, and have appeared on BBC’s NewsNight.
